Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders
Subscription Orders All subscription orders ship free, every time — no minimum required. Orders are processed and shipped on your scheduled billing date.
International Shipping We are working to expand our shipping options internationally. Please check back for updates on available destinations and rates.
Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, Drink Alula is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we'll do our best to assist.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and find a resolution.
